The Root Practice offers access to the company website www.rootpractice.co.uk and the services provided subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please note by using thewww.rootpractice.co.uk website you are legally bound to comply with our terms and conditions.
24 hour Cancellation Policy
All cancelled and re-scheduled appointments require 24 hours notice and by telephone only. With regret less than 24 hours notice will mean the full service fee will be charged.
Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment rate.
We accept cash or cheque only as a method of payment. An electronic card facility is not available. All payments must be made in advance or immediately after your treatment session.
The treatment times are provided on the services page of www.rootpractice.co.uk. However, these are only guidelines and there may be occasions when this varies as each situation is individual. We will always try to give you an indication of the time required for your appointment and endeavour to work within the treatment times as indicated.
Special Offers are subject to change. Recommend a friend incentives will be redeemed once the friend has registered, booked, paid for an appointment and received treatment. Any friends will need to provide your full name. Courses of treatments must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
No refunds are available on any supplements, natural products or courses of treatments.
All invoices must be paid within 14 working days of date of invoice. If payment is not received within this time, a late payment fee of £15 will be payable. If payment is not received within 30 days of date of invoice, a further fee of £15 will be payable. All unpaid invoices will be pursued through the small claims court.
All appointments have an allocated time slot. We work on a booking system and to maintain fairness to other clients and late arrivals will subsequently with regret have a reduced treatment time and the treatment fee will remain unchanged.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on the website, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.
The Root Practice is registered with the Data Protection Act and will keep all information confidential and secure.
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be impaired in any way. Neither may you cause it to be changed or modified in any way.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions at any time.
Please ensure that the details which you provide to us are correct, complete and up to date. Please inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. It is your duty to inform us of any treatment or medication that you are taking or intend to take. It is your responsibility to inform us if you are or maybe pregnant.
The Root Practice reserves the right to refuse access to the website or to provide any of our services, terminate treatment, remove or edit content, or cancel appointments/orders at our discretion. If we cancel an appointment/order, it will be without charge to you.
The content of www.rootpractice.co.uk is only intended for general use and not intended for diagnosis, to treat or replace any medical advice. We reserve the right to contact or refer you to your GP under specific circumstances.
