Bach Flower Remedies (Consultation & Prescription)

£50

Bach Flower Remedies (Consultation & Prescription) Image

Wonderful as it may seem, relieve your patient of the mood or moods such as given in this system of healing, and your patient is better ~ Dr Edward Bach, 1936.

Bach Flower remedies were originally discovered by Dr Edward Bach an English physician and Homeopath who isolated 38 different remedies in total. Their uses are characterised and directed to specific emotional states including but not limited to stress and anxiety, depression, loneliness, insomnia and overburden. The only exception to this is the flower remedy Crab Apple which is tended for use on the physical body in addition to the emotions. The remedies contain a very small amount of flower material in a solution of water and brandy. As the remedies are extremely diluted they do not have a characteristic smell or taste of the plants.

The most common combination of flower remedies is known as Rescue Remedy or five flower remedy containing Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum, which is often taken in emergency situations or under circumstances of panic or stress. However, although this formula can prove useful in general, it is important to acknowledge the importance of individuality and that the states of minds people will differ.

Each remedy is used alone or in conjunction with other remedies upto a total of 5 of which are generally used. As the human mind and body is complex, it is more likely that more than one remedy will be individually chosen and selected after a consultation. The prescribed remedies are then given to the patient in a dropper bottle. Depending on how the patient feels follow up consultations can then take place and the remedies prescribed and adjusted accordingly. The remedies are safe to be used alongside other methods of treatment.

Treatment time: 30 mins approx
